Sound familiar?

Most Okanagan growers are still managing harvest records the hard way.

📋

Spreadsheets break at harvest time

Manual tracking with Excel or paper means errors, lost data, and hours of reconciliation after a long day in the field.

📂

Records get lost

Harvest logs buried in folders, phones, or notebooks make it impossible to pull what you need for payroll, audits, or end-of-season accounting.

👥

No visibility across your team

Without a shared system, managers can't see what crews logged in real time — and mistakes only surface too late.

Everything you need at harvest time

Built for the realities of Okanagan farms — fast, reliable, and simple enough for any crew member to use.

🌾

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about HarvestTrack.

What is HarvestTrack?
HarvestTrack is cloud-based harvest tracking software for BC fruit and vegetable growers. It lets farm teams log harvests in real time, track yield data across blocks and seasons, and manage crew access from any device.
Who is HarvestTrack designed for?
HarvestTrack is designed for orchard and vineyard operators in BC's Okanagan Valley. It works for small family farms and larger operations alike — from a single grower logging their own picks to a manager overseeing multiple crews.
Is HarvestTrack free during the beta?
Yes. HarvestTrack is free during beta testing. In exchange, we ask for honest feedback to help shape the product.
What crops does HarvestTrack support?
HarvestTrack supports any crop you need to log. It is not limited to a specific variety — you define your own crop types, blocks, and varieties when you set up your farm profile.
Is HarvestTrack available in the Okanagan?
Yes. HarvestTrack is built specifically with Okanagan Valley growers in mind. We are currently onboarding beta testers across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, Oliver, Osoyoos, and surrounding communities.
How does team management work?
Farm owners generate a join code and share it with their crew. Employees use the code to join the farm — no email invite needed. Once on the team, each member is assigned a role that controls what they can see and do.
Does HarvestTrack track worker pay?
Yes. You set a pay rate per unit when logging a harvest entry. HarvestTrack automatically calculates each worker's total pay and tracks what's been paid vs. outstanding. You can export a full payroll summary to CSV at any time.
Does it work on a desktop computer or just on my phone?
Both. HarvestTrack works in any web browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge. Log entries on your phone in the field, then pull up the reports on your computer at the end of the day. No app install needed for the web version. Android and iOS apps are coming soon.
What happens to my data from previous seasons?
All your data stays in HarvestTrack organized by season (calendar year). You can switch between years any time to view historical reports. When you're done with a past season, you can close it to lock it as read-only — entries from that year can no longer be changed.
When will the full version of HarvestTrack launch?
We're currently in beta testing. The web app is live and free to use — Android and iOS apps are coming soon. Your feedback now helps shape the final product.
